Thank you for shopping with RTRA! All purchases are registered as donations, with funds used to support the fulfillment of our mission. We would like to note that each handcrafted piece is uniquely created, which means we are not able to offer a one-to-one exchange option for our products. 

30 Day Policy: If you are unsatisfied with your product, due to damage in transit, we invite you to contact us to discuss the return process at marlene@raisetheroofacademy.org. All returns must be sent within 30 days of purchase.
